All services are subject to availability and applicable shipping regulations.

2. Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with U.S. export laws and Bosnia and Herzegovina import laws

  • Properly package items to prevent damage

  • Provide all required documentation for customs clearance

RM EXPORT is not responsible for delays caused by inaccurate or incomplete information.

3. Prohibited Items

You may not ship items that are illegal, hazardous, or restricted, including:

  • Explosives or flammable materials

  • Illegal goods or contraband

  • Items prohibited by Bosnia and Herzegovina import regulations

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any shipment.

4. Pricing and Payments

All prices are subject to change based on shipment details. Full payment is required before shipment unless otherwise agreed.

Customers are responsible for additional costs such as:

  • Storage fees

  • Inspection fees

5. Shipping Times and Delays

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions

  • Port or carrier delays

6. Loss or Damage

RM EXPORT is not liable for:

  • Damage due to improper packaging

  • Normal wear during transit

  • Third-party carrier issues

Customers are strongly encouraged to purchase shipping insurance.

7. Vehicle Export Terms

You agree to:

  • Provide proof of ownership

  • Prepare the vehicle according to shipping requirements

  • Comply with all export/import regulations

We are not responsible for mechanical issues or pre-existing damage.

8. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations must be requested before shipment processing begins.

Refunds may be issued at our discretion and may include fees. No refunds are provided after shipment dispatch.

9. Messaging & Communications

SMS Notice: This is the compliance notice for the "Simple Message Service (SMS aka Text) Consent".
